With the full support of the Malaysian Road Transport Authority (JPJ) and Royal Malaysian Customs (KDRM), we were appointed as the technology and service provider for SPEKS Services.

Do you provide training to the system?
Yes, training is part of the onboarding process. Depending on the client's preference, we provide user training in-person or via the Internet.
My organization has a dealership; do I need to pay an additional fee to let them use the system?
No, your dealer can use the system and you'll have full access control.
I want to import a vehicle; can I use the system to access and pay the duty?
No, you must first submit it to MITI for approval separately. Once approved, you can use our system to apply and submit for compliance with JPJ and KDRM for locally assembled vehicles (CKD).
